The herb's name is related to the saying that its action is so fast that it can not even be stopped by order of the king; hence wang (king) bu (cannot) liu (detain) xing (action).

Properties:

invigorate blood in upper body channels – promote lactation, unblocks menses, amenorrhea
swelling – breast or testicular swellings with pain

Dosage: 3 – 9g.
