Family: Asteraceae or Compositae.

Dosage:4.5 – 15g.
Also Used For:
Orally, Ju Hua/Chrysanthemum is used to treat angina, hypertension,
type 2 diabetes, fever, cold, headache, dizziness, and swelling.
In combination with other herbs, chrysanthemum is used orally to
treat prostate cancer. In combination with licorice (Gan
Cao) (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) and (Ren Shen)
Panax notoginseng, it is used to treat precancerous lesions.
As a beverage, Ju Hua/Chrysanthemum is very popular as a summertime
tea in southern China.
