Xu, Yin - ST	Zeng Ye Tang

Increase Fluids Decoction

Function: increases fluids, moisten dryness

Composition:

Xuan Shen	Radix scrophulariae ningpoensis	30g
Mai Men Dong	Tuber ophiopogonis japonici	24g
Sheng Di Huang	Radix rehmanniae glutinosae	24g

Indications:

Constipation (due to injury of fluids usually from a warm febrile disease, or a patient with chronic Yin deficient constitution), thirst. T: dry red cracked; P: slightly rapid or weak forceless.

If more purgative is required zeng ye cheng qi tang should be used.
