Function: facilitate the flow of lung qi, promote production of body fluid and clears & disperses warm dryness

Indications:

Wind heat and dryness injuring LU qi.  Symptomes include moderate fever, headache, dry hacking cough, thirst.  May see coughing of blood.  T: red with dry coat; P: floating rapid

Notes:

  • Usually caused by dry environments.
  • This formula is intended to treat heat that remains in the lungs after most other symptoms of a cold or flu have mittigated.
