All ingredients should be ground up as powder.
Take 10g each time, twice a day.
Indications: KI and LR yin deficiency causing
bone bi-syndrome or wei syndrome. Deficient yin cannot nourish
tendons and false heat burns tendongs and muscles. This leads to
atrophy, joint swelling, or deformities. The pain tends to be
more fixed. T: red, scanty coat; P: thin, rapid, weak.

as powder. Take 10g each time, twice a day.
Indications: Same
as Type I
Differences: Dang gui combined with
shu di can tonify blood and nourish jing better. Niu xi with suo
yang can direct the herbs downward and strenghten the bones and
tendons. Yang rou with gui ban once tonifies yang, and once
nourishes yin, so as to keep balance.
