Function: warms mid Jiao, moves Qi, dries Damp, eliminates fullness, cold/damp with Qi stagnation

  • Can take up to 15 g before meals as a draft with a slice of ginger.

Indications:

Cold in the SP and ST after ingestion of cold food with damp and qi stagnation in the center.  Symptoms include epigastric and abdominal distension or fullness, no appetite, weak limbs, loose stools.  T: pale, sticky white coat; P: weak, deep or tight.
