Note: Form 6 g pills out of the powdered herbs with the liquid made
from the herbs listed in the brackets. Adults take one pill in the
morning and one in the evening.
Indications: LR wind and phlegm causing seizures, especially in
children or from emotional upset. Symptoms include recurrent
virtigo, weakness, stifling sensation in the chest followed by a
sudden loss or clouding of consciousness and falling down, rolling
back of the eyes, mouth deviation, spitting up mucus with a loud
raspy sound, convulsions, sudden screaming, incontinence of bowels
or urine, white greasy tongue coat, wiry slippery pulse. Epilepsy.
Caution: do not use during pregnancy. Zhusha is toxic and should
only be used short-term.
