Indications: Originally prescribed for dysenteric bi (li
feng) where the legs are so painful and weakened that it is very
difficult to walk. Also used for "crane's knee wind"(he xi feng)
where one or both knees become swollen, enlarged, and painful
accompanied by atrophy above and below the knee resulting in
inability to move the knee.
T: pale, sticky
