Indications: KI qi deficiency with cold and damp leading to frequent cloudy, dense, milky, or greasy urine. T: pale; P: weak or slippery.

NOTE: Bei Xie Fen Qing Yin is also the name of another formula which addresses damp heat in the BL causing cloudy and painful urination, urinary retention, or urgency.  In this case, the tongue is red, with a sticky yellow coat and the pulse is rapid, wiry, and slippery.
