Niu Huang	Bos	25-30g
Xi Jiao	Rhinoceros	25-30g
She Xiang	Moschus	7.5g
Huang Lian	Coptis	25-30g
Zhi Zi	Gardenia	25-30g
Huang Qin	Scutellaria	25-30g
Bing Pian	Dryobalanops	7.5g
Zhen Zhu Mu	Pteria	12-15g
Yu Jin	Curcuma	25-30g
Xiong Huang	Realgar	25-30g
Zhu Sha	Cinnabaris	25-30g

Herbs should be ground and made into 3g pills. The adult dosage is one pill two to three times a dai. Xi jiao should be substituted with niu jiao

Indications: HT and MH fire with toxic heat and fever which congeals intot phlegm. This leads to delirium, coma, aphasia, or convulsions in children. T: dark red, sticky yellow coat; P: rapid, forcefull, wiry

Caution: do not use during pregnancy. Do not take over a prolonged period of time. Zhu Sha is toxic.
