HT 1 (jiquan)

  • Location:  on the crease of the wrist, in the depression at the proximal border of the pisiform bone.

HT 8 (shaofu)

  • urination problems from Heart Fire
  • Location:  on the palm between the 4th & 5th metacarpal bones where the tip of the little finger hits when a fist is made.

HT 9  (shaochong)

  • opens portals (mind), clouding inversion, resuscitates
